Okay, the term "delicious" is subjective, but when I refer to chocolate and other stress relievers as "delicious," I'm talking about stress relievers that can be savored and enjoyed. Tomorrow (or today, if you're reading this on the 13th) is International Chocolate Day, which brings up the perfect opportunity to share the perks of chocolate as a stress reliever. It's also a good opportunity to acquaint you with (or remind you of) other stress relievers that are enjoyable and, well, delicious.
