About

It seems Dean Martin had it right, at least the part about the "big pizza pie." Statistics show that more than 5 billion pizzas are sold each year worldwide, with the U.S. accounting for about 60 percent of those sales. The average person eats 46 slices of pizza a year, and 93 percent of Americans eat at least one slice a month. Even leaving the moon out of the equation, that's amore. Our featured writer this week is Devorah Lev-Tov, and her topic is pizza.
