Free health fair guide, Invisible Eggs, look what we created for Cheryl Bachinski

Fresh Start Monday NewsletterChef Judy

Hi Usman!

Have you been keeping up with Cheryle Jones Syracuse, MS, and her story of the aftermath of her husband's heart attack? Well, the latest installment is here, captured in the blog post Invisible Eggs.

What are invisible eggs? Read the post and find out!

Cheryl Bachinski, a school nurse, is planning a health fair. Cheryl needs a banner to help people who are constrained by time and money to make better choices for their families who are struggling with their weight. She says they drink too many sweetened sodas, eat too many cupcakes and chips, and they never exercise. Wait until you see the new banner we created for her.

Speaking of health fairs, we have a new planning guide and free downloadable checklist here.

There are over 10 new free class certificates available for download here.

Have a great day!

P.S. It's not too late to get materials for Nutrition Month. If you need anything, reply to this email and I'll get back to you right away.

P.P.S. Several of our clients have requested catalogs to take to their professional conferences because they love the portion control handout inside. You can do the same by replying to this email or downloading one here.

Invisible Eggs

In the process of my husband's recovery from a heart attack, he has been working hard at improving his diet and exercise habits. He's also been going to Cardiac Rehab three days a week.  Near the end of the program, they sent him home with a survey to complete so that he and his instructors could see how his diet has changed.
