The same was true in 2002. If my own sex education was accurate that means that November(ish) is the month when the greatest number of Americans have sex that ends up with a baby. Of course 99.999% of all the sex we have doesn’t end up with a baby being born. In fact most of it doesn’t even include the things that are necessary for baby making. But numbers don’t lie (even though people lie about them).
