This weekend we had a chance to catch up with "Fed Up", the new documentary about the obesity epidemic and the food industry. It's difficult to take a complex subject with lots of aspects and make an approachable film, but I think Katie Couric and her crew do a very good job. More Recommended Movies:
| Low-Carb Better At Maintaining Weight Loss David Ludwig, one of the researchers in the film, was part of this excellent study that came out 2 years ago. To me, this should put the "a calorie is a calorie" meme pretty much to rest. But others disagree!
