So, did it just get suddenly hot outside for anyone else?  It seems like we went from beautiful, cool spring weather to heat and humidity overnight. If you've been feeling a lot hotter during your runs, this week I've got some tips on how to stay safe and comfortable, including how to avoid those awful post-run headaches that are common during the hot months.

Ever get one of those splitting headaches after a run? They're painful and very frustrating, since running is supposed to make you feel BETTER. If you find that you get them more frequently in the summer, you're not alone. Here's how to avoid them.
