 It's officially summer, and we're drinking more liquids.  We all know that water is the best, but there are lots of other healthy sugar-free choices. Have a great weekend, and stay cool! Laura

Homemade Sugar-Free Beverages

 Especially on hot days, be sure to pay attention to getting enough fluid. Water is best, of course, but here are some ways to change things up.

BTW,Are you still drinking sugary drinks? Did you know that a can of soda or bottle of lemonade or iced tea usually has about 10 teaspoons of sugar? The 20 oz bottles are even worse. Check out why you should Stop Drinking Sugary Drinks.

How to Make a Sugar-Free Sports Drink

 I'm sure you've figured out by now how much sugar is commercial sports drinks. Is this necessary? What else is in sports drinks? I take sports drinks apart, look at the ingredients, and then put them back together for low carbers.
