From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

You know what's annoying?  When you're annoying without even trying.  For example, say you're a personal trainer.  Now, when people find out your profession, they almost always get this alarmed, slightly panicked look and they take the teensiest step back, as though they're afraid you might wrestle them to the floor for a set of pushups.  Then?  They become compelled to tell you about the workout they did that morning or the salad they ate for lunch with the dressing on the side.

It's no one's fault, really.  I'm just annoying.

Here's the thing, though:  You don't have to be a trainer to be an annoying health freak.  Are you one?  Welcome to the club!  Membership?  Is free.
