Should You Sweat Out Your Hangover with Exercise?
I've been to two weddings in the past two weekends and all I'm going to say is you should have at least one glass of water per alcoholic beverage.  If you don't do that, then you will wake up the next day and the thought of exercise will make you laugh - but silently because laughing makes your head hurt.

If you do have one too many, you might think it helps to sweat it out, but that can actually leave you even more dehydrated.  Drink up - water, that is.  We've got a long wedding season to get through people.
