What's Your Stress Reaction Style?

Have you ever noticed that three people can experience the same event and react to it in three entirely unique ways? There's a lot that goes into our stress response--perceptions of the events, thoughts about those perceptions, and reactions based on those thoughts, for example--and much of it is based on your personality. If you understand how your thoughts and reactions may affect your whole experience, you should be able to lessen your experience of stress without having to change your other circumstances. This newsletter brings resources to help you to understand your perceptions and reactions, and use this understanding to relieve stress.

As always, you can get more via social media through FacebookTwitter, and Pinterest.
