Balsamic Pork Chops and Brown Rice Risotto
Tonight's meal idea: balsamic pork chops (great source of protein and zinc) with brown rice risotto with asparagus and mushrooms. That alone sounds delicious, but I also found recipes for cinnamon squash and cranberry goat cheese salad. Sounds like another delicious and healthy dinner. Get the recipes!
