No weights? No problem! You Don't Need Them for a Great Workout
You've probably heard that, if you want to change your body, you need to lift weights.  Fair enough, but what if you don't have any?  Like when you're on vacation or you're staying with your mother-in-law or you're lying in a tent during a rainstorm on a mountain somewhere in the middle of nowhere Colorado?  Well, maybe in that case you don't much care about lifting weights.

The point is, you don't really need equipment to get a good workout - You can simply use the best resistance you have - Your very own body.  I've got a new workout that works everything, no equipment needed.  Let me know if there are any more excuses I can get rid of for you.
