You know it's going to be a long spring when half your clients hobble in with back pain from yard work.  It's only April, people!  At this rate, all my clients will be bed-ridden by May.

To stop this train wreck, I'm going to talk about the importance of your core - Those lovely little muscles that surround your spine and attempt to protect it from the dumb things we do, like bending over 467 times to pull weeds or move rocks or stack bricks or whatever other bright ideas we have when puttering around in the yard. 

A strong core and common sense may just get us through this season.
