 I'm a fan of having simple rules for myself.  It takes the "quandry" out of many potentially difficult decisions - it's as if that decision was already made.  The trick is to find rules that work for you.  This week I have some suggestions, and an opportunity to share your own rules with fellow low-carbers.  Here's to reaching our goals, one step at a time!  Laura

 Having simple rules for yourself can make choosing foods easier, and  over time, they can actually help change your eating identity.  Once this happens, the sailing is much smoother!

Low-Carb and Vegetarian? Sure!

 Sometimes people assume that if they are vegetarian, they basically HAVE to consume a high-carb diet.  Not true!


The Wonders of Olive Oil

Once I started researching olive oil, I started adding a lot more of it to my food.  It truly is kind of a wonderous substance (especially the extra-virgin kind) with lots of health benefits.
