 August 15th is National Relaxation Day, which is a fantastic time to focus on relaxing for a few minutes, at the very least.  Taken a bit further, you can use this as a day for developing habits that can help you to feel more relaxed in your daily life.  However you celebrate (and I have ideas for you below!), you can make this day a transformative one.  Enjoy it!
