From Fiona Haynes, your Guide to Low Fat Cooking
Indulge in some sweetness with these late-summer desserts from succulent roast peaches to a delicious blueberry crisp.

Roast Peaches
Peaches are fabulous eaten raw, of course, but you really must try them roasted, and topped with a dollop of fat-free Greek vanilla yogurt.

Roasted Plums
Another stone fruit that's delicious when cooked. These roasted plums have a little orange and spice added to them.

Broiled Nectarines with Brown Sugar and Sour Cream
Broiled nectarines are one of those simple yet sublime desserts that make a perfect ending to a summer meal. Feel free to substitute peaches for the nectarines, and, of course, you can grill them instead of broiling them if you prefer.

Pear Blueberry Crisp
A warm pear blueberry crisp is a delicious cross-season dessert, marking the end of summer and the beginning of fall. You can use blackberries instead of blueberries if you prefer.
