From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

In the world of fitness, we have these weird descriptions of pain.  There's 'good' pain and 'bad' pain.  The good kind is when you do an exercise and your muscles burn and you're like, "Wow, Paige, this is an awesome exercise and you are so brilliant for not only thinking of it but allowing me to do it!"  The bad kind is when you move the wrong way and an awful pain shoots through some part of your body and you're like, "Gee, Paige, that movement really hurt...maybe we should go back to burpees!"

Or something like that.

Good Pain vs. Bad Pain
If you've ever been told to listen to your body when you exercise, you know how hard that is. There are so many sensations, some of them slightly scary, that it's hard to know the difference between good pain and bad pain. Luckily there are some signs that can help you figure it out.

Mindfulness During Exercise
We often want to distract ourselves from our workouts, but being mindful during exercise can reduce stress, make you feel good and even make your workouts better.

Lunchtime Workouts
I know, lunchtime workouts aren't easy, but they can be done with the right preparation and the right workouts.  Find out how you can squeeze in a workout when you're short on time and you have to go back to work.

Exercise at Work
No, you can't really do a full on workout at workout...unless you work at a gym or something.  However, there are ways to save your body from too much sitting while keeping you from looking like a crazy person.
