This past spring I had the great pleasure of helping to coach my 7-year-old daughter's track team.  It was amazing to watch the kids' confidence and enthusiasm for running grow over the course of the season.  Every time my daughter told me she was excited for track practice or her next meet, I was bursting with joy. 

Getting your kids into running is a win-win -- they get all the great benefits of exercise and your motivation to run will soar!  This week is National Exercise With Your Kids Week, so I thought it was the perfect time to share some for getting kids interested in running.
