| Compulsive Overeating or Too Much Carb? Food science and TV food person Alton Brown has had success with this "list method" he devised to guide his eating. It isn't super-low-carb, but it's certainly much less carb than a standard diet. I wrote about it on my blog when he first came out with it, and commented on it from a low-carb perspective.
