Running for Beginners

The first time I ever went running, I experienced the most terrible pain.  First, my lungs exploded and then my quads gave out and then I got this sharp pain in my side that eventually duplicated itself in my right shin and I finally collapsed in a heap of burning, sobbing, sweat.
