Who is sabotaging your weight loss?

When it comes to losing weight, I find that blaming my husband for my lack of progress makes me feel better.  Of course, it's usually something I'm doing wrong, but isn't it fun blaming someone else?

While we're  all responsible for our own actions, there are other people and situations that can sabotage our efforts to lose weight.  It's good to know about these things so you can prepare yourself.
