What's the Big Deal? Are We Apathetic about Apathy in Dementia?

Apathy is one of those challenging behaviors in dementia that often just gets overlooked. It's not nearly as stressful as wandering or hoarding or agitation. However, apathy can play a big role in the quality of life for someone with dementia. Thus-- it matters.
