Today I'm highlighting the brain benefits of berries. A couple of years ago, I published a brief article discussing a recently published study about berries-- Berries: A Tasty Way to Slow Cognitive Decline. Since that time, other studies - highlighted in the article below- have also identified different benefits from berries, for both our bodies and our brains. And, aside from chocolate, I can't think of a more delicious way to help my brain.
