Easy Chocolate Pecan Torte

 "Please bring your chocolate cake!", said my friend when she invited me to tonight's Sedar.  Last night I realized I don't have pecans, so I need to go to the store where I can get them in bulk (they are so expensive in those packages).  Happily, this cake is a snap to make!  I'm going to serve it with strawberries, and, what the heck, my sugar-free chocolate sauce.

Let's Cook!

 Cooking doesn't have to be difficult! With a little practice you can have dinner on the table with not that much effort. Cooking with your family can be a fun, even relaxing experience. You can cook simple meals, and then learn techniques to de-carb your favorite comfort foods. Or, if you REALLY can't stand cooking, consider a program such as the Diet-to-Go Meal System.
