| Salmon season starts tomorrow in the part of the Pacific coast where I live. This means we'll have access to super-fresh salmon -- delicious, nutritious, and one of the few fish my husband will eat. That's actually great, because wild salmon is simply one of the best things we can eat, both in terms of flavor and because it's so good for us! Have a great weekend, and try including salmon or other fish in your menu for the upcoming week. - Laura |
