| It's Monday and, thus, the perfect day for philosophical musings. Or going back to bed. If you're up for musing, chew on this: Is it possible for exercise to be fun? As a regular exerciser, I don't categorize my workouts as 'fun' really, but that's mostly because my definition of fun involves non-exercisey things like lounging on the beach and reading a book and playing Candy Crush on my iPad for hours on end. The point is, that exercise isn't usually fun. But, there are things we can do to make it more fun. Or at least not as unpleasant. |
