If you're old, like I am, then you're probably dealing with a little problem:  Trying to keep your body from expanding anymore than it already has.

It sometimes feels like we're all supposed to look 30 for the rest of our lives and we may try to do that by working out a lot, but even I have to admit that exercise can only do so much when it comes to the aging body.
