| Sure, we all know we should eat our vegetables (and by and large low-carbers eat lots of them), but just how "plant-based" should our diets be? It seems to be becoming generally taken for granted that vegetarian and vegan diets are the best for our health. True or false? As a former vegetarian, I have thoughts about this! | Should we Eat a Plant-Based Diet?
"Plant-based diet" seems to be the new term for a vegan diet (no meat, eggs, or dairy), and there are plenty of people with videos about how bad it is to eat animal foods.
