From Ann Pizer, your Guide to Yoga

Here's my full disclosure: although I love to try out the latest yoga trends so I can tell you about them first-hand, I'm drawing the line at naked yoga classes. I have researched the topic enough that I can give you some tips on what to expect, but I've also created a place where those of you who have walked the talk can share your experiences.

Nude Yoga

Doing yoga in the nude is becoming increasingly popular, and it's not just some naked stretching in your living room. Nude yoga classes are being offered in diverse settings, including yoga studios and community centers, as well as through private clubs. As you might imagine, the venue of the class sets the tone and helps determine the clientele.

Pose of the Week: Elephant's Trunk Pose
Achieving lift-off in eka hasta bhujasana is a lot about core strength, but you also have to remember to keep your extended leg engaged. Straighten that leg and flex your foot strongly.
