 I love lemon.  It balances sweetness in desserts, and tastes so fresh!  Lemon seems perfect for spring.  Of course, it's great sprinkled over fish or vegetables.  Here are some sweeter ways to add some lemon to your life.  Have a fun weekend - Laura

Low-Carb Lemon Bars

These lemon bars are sugar-free and gluten-free, with an almond flour crust. Only 3 grams of net carb per square.

Sugar-Free Lemon Curd

Surprisingly easy to make, you can put it on everyone from low-carb pancakes, muffins or flax toast to Jello, or use it to make this easy low-carb lemon mousse!

Lemon Cheesecake

I worked for quite awhile to get the right amount of lemon flavor into the cheesecake. It turned out that the sour cream lemon topping made all the difference.  Also check out my classic low-carb cheesecake.


Snow Pudding

 If you want a very light dessert, check out this fluffy lemony "pudding" it's fluffy, not creamy, and was a favorite when I was a child.  So I had to develop a sugar-free version.  I especially like it with a custard sauce, so that's also included.
