The word 'menopause' is such a clinical term for what happens to a woman during her later years.  If I were going to name it, I would call it, "Fat Belly," or "Welcome to Crazy Town!" or "Man, is it hot in here or what?"

Whatever you call it (and I imagine that would include words I'm not allowed to print here), if you're going through it, then I don't have to tell you the body's many and varied responses to changing hormones.  The worst one?  Weight gain.  Where did it come from and why is it so attracted to your belly?  How do you get rid of it, for pete's sake?!

I offer some ideas for you in this week's article, but no instant miracle pill.

How to Lose Weight with Exercise During Menopause
