You have lived in your body all your life. You know when your tired, sick, hungry or feeling funny. If something just doesn't feel right, don't ignore it. Feeling shaky every evening after dinner? Perhaps your blood sugar is low - check it. Notice an injury to your big toe that you didn't feel - have it looked at. Take the time each day to listen to your body. You deserve it.
