| The weather is warming up which means one thing: Everyone is hobbling around with various aches and pains because of all the outdoorsy stuff they've started doing. For example, spending 7 hours sanding one's deck can cause a multitude of physical, mental and, let's face it, spiritual issues that can leave one feeling...well, like a tweaked out, vibrating mass of nerves for subsequent days. I know. We have so much to do and we want to cram it all in there, but be smart, people. Listen to your body and do nice things for it, like the new energizing workout I put together this week. Or just go to the beach. I don't think they allow outdoor chores there. |
